Every student in the ARC Scholar Program is paired with a mentor in their specific career field , someone who offers real guidance, industry insight, and support as they grow professionally. Our mentors include alumni, young professionals, and established leaders who help students build confidence, explore opportunities, and develop the skills needed to succeed.

Students selected as ARC Scholar Fellows — the recipients of our Career Catalyst Scholarship — receive both financial support and a dedicated mentor who works closely with them throughout the year.
